Waiting for my right place, right time moment…..hopefully it’s right around the corner…

But i have faith…and I believe..so it will be…when the time is right…

and then…WATCH OUT!

Howudoin’?….I’m….well, not as fabulous as i’d like to be.  The election is over and now the fun really starts…

Do you realize that we now have a Democratic President….a Democratic Speaker of the House, a Democratic Senate Majority lead and Democratic control of Congress…..what a  nightmare!!!!!

Say good bye to all your hard earned money…these are 3 of THE MOST LIBERAL PEOPLE in the governmet.  They will do what ever it takes to make sure that us HORRIBLE capitalists pay for our rewards!!  Spreading the wealth around to those who are “less fortunate”…sorry…not my problem.  I did whatever it took, I worked 2 jobs when i needed to , went to school to get my degree, made sacrafices to get where I am today, and I am not going just hand it over to some schlub who feels ENTITLED and thinks that he/she does not have to work, or better themselves through education. 

Personal responsibility, free market, capitalism…these are the things that I believe in…God, family, country…those are what are important. 

So my fellow Republicans….keep the faith!  Give the office the repsect it deserves, even though you don’t like or agree with our new President…don’t be like they were, bashing the President every chance that they got….show them what having class is about.  Be the bigger person and take the higher ground.

The President elect will prove that he was NOT the right man for the job soon enough….

I VOTED!  That’s right…I went out and exercised my RIGHT to VOTE!  Which is what every American should do.  NO EXCUSES!!!

I chose McCain/Palin…..I believe in a free market, capitalism, personal responibility and NO GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IN OUR LIVES…I believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights….

I believe the only thing that should be spread around is happiness and fertiizer….If you worked and earned your wealth, then good for you… YOU keep it.  It’s your life…and if you’ve made some bad choices, then it’s time to straighten  yourself out and get back on the right road…..GOVERNMENT CAN’T DO THAT FOR YOU, NOR SHOULD THEY…

I hope that Everyone got out and voted for the candidate that they feel closely resembles themselves…

If you did not vote…SHAME ON YOU!…and you can’t complain…

Howudin’?  I’m like totally fabulous, like thanks for askin…..

I’m in Los Angeles, California visiting my brother Tim.  His movie, Presence, is showing this afternoon at 3:30 and I’m here to support him.  It’s very exciting!!!

The weather is beautiful…sunny skies and 70 degrees….and the area where him and his partner live is just lovely.  Quite treelined streets.  We’ve been walking everywhere, which is great!

I’ll be leaving here tomorrow at 7:30 am to fly back to Florida…I have a layover in Charlotte NC, and will land in Orlando just in time to head home for my daughter’s first Varsity soccer game….

Have not met any stars…other than my brother, but if I do, I’ll let ya know!!

Bloody Monday at the station…corporate came down and let 3 great people go due to budgetary concerns….Tony Banks, Bill Robbins (my bouble) and Denny Stone…all three great people and excellent radio personalities.  Sorry to see them go and I wish them Godspeed in finding another job doing what they love and are good at.

God Bless the three of you.  I am honored to call you friends.

Howudoin’?…I’m fabulous…thanks so much for askin’!!!

Yesterday was my son’s birthday.  He is now 15 years old!  My goodness…how the time flies…i remember him a s a little chubby baby breaking my hip when i carried him, with those fat cheeks and bright smile…now he is taller than i am!!!  No more fat cheeks…just a handsome rugged face.  He plays football and baseball and knows more about sports…I just wish he’d put that kind of energy into his school work!! (he’s not TOO bad).

We had family and friends over to celebrate.  I made his favorite dinner, Eggplant parmigiana and fresh italian bread.  DELICIOUS!!  if I may say so myself…

No word yet on the fate of Coffee Talk…..things are tense over at the station, just like everywhere else in the U.S., with this horrid economy and the stock market dropping like a lead balloon.  Everyone fears for their job.  What  a shame that it has come to this….lousy financial CEOs..knowing exactly what was happening.  I believe that they should be brough up on charges of embezzelment and lying…but that ’s just me.

I will be voting come Novemeber 4th……and certainly NOT for Obama…if i wanted to live in a socialist state. i’d have moved to Russia…nah too cold for me…but you get my point…GO OUT AND VOTE!!!

Howudoin’?…me…ahh, not so fabulous…

Miss doing the show, being on air…talking about what is going on in life…sigh..

Add to that..we found a leak in our SLAB…that’s right, the FOUNDATION OF OUR HOUSE…what a mess..

also found out that 1) we are not covered for the repairs that need to be made (whole new piping system) and 2)the builders spilt my kitchen AND bathroom off the same hot water main (that’s the leak) with all 1/2 inch pipe….such POS these people are.  How they got away with that during the inspection 16 years ago is beyond me…oh wait…the world is full if scumbags who could care less about the future problems that they are creating for you, just as long as THEY are taken care of….kinda like those scumbags in the finance industry huh? 

Still working on a sponsor for the show….times are tough, and money is hard to come by…but I’m working on it…so stay tuned!!!

…Sunday that I have slept in for almost 5 months!

Howudoin’?  I’m not as close to fabulous as I’d like to be…

Today I slept until 9am!  Haven’t done that for a while….then made sticky buns, made spaghetti sauce, cleaned the bathroom, did laundry and just other straightening of the house….weird really….and now I’m posting like normal, but no show to podcast.

Hopefully, soon, I will have shows to podcast.  Still looking for a sponsor….

howudoin’?..i’m not a fabulous as i usually am….i’m not feeling right. I don’t have to gather stories and jokes for tomorrow, i don’t need to search through my library of songs to find good music to play in and out of my breaks….i don’t have to get up early tomorrow to get to the station for my 8 o’clock show….it just doesn’t feel right…kinda like missing a part of my body that i need….

this week will not feel right…i hope that next week…i’ll feel right again.

Howudoin’?…I’m somewhat fabulous, thanks for askin’….I say somewhat because today was my last show on Sunday morning.  The station that I work for is flipping to ESPN Radio…so no more Sunday mornings for me.  But, if I find a sponsor, I will be back on Saturday mornings from 8 to 9 am…So I am dilligently working with the sales people to make that happen.  Check back in when you can and I will keep you up to date on the progress.  I am aggravated about it because when I was hired on, the plan was to take the station from The True Oldies Channel to a local NewsTalk station with local shows and local hosts (me)…I was under the impression that once we moved to our new “digs”, then that would happen because we would have a larger studio to work with…(right now, I’m pretty much in a broom closet…but it gets the job done and i’ve dealt with worse)…

But alas, in the radio business the only constant IS change….you just never know from what and when. 

I’ll live…I have the last two times that this business changed and left me out in the cold..but I’m a Brooklyn goil, and I’m tough…I’ll prevail…for me there is NO other choice.  I’ll keep working on it and I WILL BE BACK…

So, for this last show, I got my chance to speak up about this horrendous $1 TRILLION bailout for the thieves in the financial industry who saw the trainwreck coming, but waited until the last minute to jump off will all the money bags in THEIR hands and watch the insuing carnage…..

IMHO, I believe that the presidents, CEO’s, CFO’s, ABC’s and DEF’s of all these failed financial companies should be rounded up and brought up on charges of fraud and embezzelment, because that’s exactly what they did.  They knowingly continued to hand out money like candy on Halloween to unqualified people for mortgages that they SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN, and then turn around and sell that worthless asset to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac….

Barney Frank should be voted out of office, and then charged for fraud for his lies and deciet about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac being JUST FINE, and for voting AGAINST some kind of regulation, some kind of watchdog in the industry to make sure that this did not happen.

So now all these thieves and liars are being given another chance to screw us taxpayers by getting a $1 TRILLION bailout package from the MORONS that represent us in government…just one of you try to get away with the same thing and your tucis will be thrown in jail.

PLEASE EVERYONE!!!  This is THE most important election in our HISTORY!!!  Make sure that you get out there and vote….vote out these corrupt politicians who don’t give a rat’s ass about you….it’s all about them, their cronies and their money, while the rest of us try and figure out how we are going to keep up with the rising cost of gas, food, taxes and NOW this $1 TRILLION bailout joke…cuz it’s on us ladies and gents…

GO VOTE THE BUMS OUT!!!  I know I am….
